Lee A. Kleiman, MD, FACS
Dr. Lee Kleiman brings over two decades of expertise in facial plastic surgery and ENT care to the Annapolis area. After graduating with honors from the University of Maryland School of Medicine, he completed advanced training in facial plastic surgery at the University of Toronto and maxillofacial reconstruction at the University Hospital of Bern, Switzerland.
As founder of Severn River ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery in 2005 and now medical director of Severn River MedSpa & Laser Center, Dr. Kleiman has built a reputation for excellence in personalized care. His expertise spans from advanced sinus treatments to rhinoplasty, facelifts and non-surgical aesthetics. Many families in our community have trusted him with multiple generations of care.
Brandon M. Wachal, MD
Dr. Brandon M. Wachal was born and raised in Nebraska. He obtained his Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a dual major in biology and Spanish. Following receiving his Bachelor’s degree, Dr. Wachal then completed both medical school and his residency in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska. He then went on to complete a prestigious facial plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship with Dr. Michael Godin in conjunction with Virginia Commonwealth University. Dr. Wachal received board certification in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery in 2021. He treats all conditions related to head and neck surgery and specializes in plastic and reconstructive surgery of the face and neck.
In his free time, Dr. Wachal enjoys spending time with his wife, mountain biking and getting acquainted with the bay and all the area has to offer.
Hannah Kleiman, MD
Dr. Hannah graduated from the University of Maryland Medical School in 2014 and completed her residency in Emergency Medicine at St. Luke's University Health Network in 2021. She has had extensive training in the field of aesthetic medicine and specializes in injectables and laser resurfacing procedures. She has a passion for skin care and self-care, and her favorite part of this job is helping people feel good about themselves and enhancing their natural beauty.
She is excited to join the family business and work with her father, Dr. Lee Kleiman. When not at work she can be found spending time with her two goldendoodles or planning her next vacation!
Valleri Weyant, PA-C
Valleri Weyant earned her Bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University in 1990 and went on to receive her Physician Assistant degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in 1997. With years of experience in a wide range of in-hospital and urgent care procedures, she has developed a well-rounded clinical expertise. Valleri has also pursued extensive training in Aesthetic Medicine, specializing in treatments such as skin care, laser procedures, skin tightening, and body contouring. She is particularly skilled in injectables like Botox and Jeuveau. Valleri has been a valued member of Dr. Kleiman’s team at the Medspa since 2011, working closely with him to provide exceptional care to clients.
